AMFB Order and Fulfillment Policy

At AMFB, every piece is crafted with purpose, excellence, and faith. Our apparel isn’t mass-produced — it’s made to order, ensuring that every item you receive reflects the quality, care, and intentionality behind our brand.

Order Processing Schedule

To maintain this standard, AMFB operates on a weekly fulfillment cycle:

Orders placed by 3:00 PM (EST) each Friday will enter that week’s production queue.

All made-to-order pieces are pressed, packaged, and shipped the following Friday.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday will be included in the next week’s cycle.

This structure allows us to uphold the highest quality in every print and product while managing materials responsibly and sustainably.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS 2-Day Shipping.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders under $99.

Orders totaling $99 or more ship free.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Quality Commitment

Each product is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets AMFB’s quality standards. As every piece is made to order, please allow 7–10 business days from the date of your order for processing and delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is created specifically for you, returns and exchanges are limited to issues of defect or error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@amfbapparel.com if you experience any issues — our goal is to ensure every experience reflects excellence.
